Founded in 1868, the YMCA of Greater Montgomery has been a cornerstone of health, wellness, and community in the River Region for more than 150 years. With more than 10 branches and program sites across the River Region, the Y is dedicated to strengthening community through youth development, healthy living, and social responsibility.

We also have benefits of membership and programs that we offer to military - active and veterans. Members receive 10% off membership as well as a no join fee. You will also qualify for 10% off all programs for the family (sports, childcare, swim lessons, etc).
