Our current campaign is to employee prior military and military spouses. Once licensed, this position can be transferred anywhere in the United States upon PCS or discharge.
What You’ll Do
- Prospect and build relationships with businesses to provide employee benefit packages
- Help families and individuals secure supplemental coverage to fit their needs
- Deliver excellent customer service and support during enrollments, claims, and renewals
- Work with a proven sales system, leveraging digital tools, HRIS integration, and broker partnerships
- Collaborate with a supportive leadership team dedicated to your growth

What We’re Looking For
- Prior military and military spouses or dependents
- Self-motivated and entrepreneurial mindset
- Strong people skills – comfortable presenting to individuals and business decision-makers
- Previous sales experience is a plus, but no experience is required (we train the right people)
- Passion for helping others and building long-term client relationships
