MONTGOMERY, AL | January 26 – The Shoppes at EastChase is partnering with its newest retailer, lululemon, to host a month-long fitness series! Enjoy a free community workout every Saturday in February from 9 AM – 10 AM at lululemon.
The fitness series will feature a variety of workout styles from HIIT (high intensity interval training) to yoga. All classes are beginner friendly and are the perfect way to stay moving into the new year. Instructors include Angel and Dana from Jackson Wellness Center, Breezeville Yoga, and Bandaloop Yoga. To conclude the month-long series, we have invited the Montgomery Humane Society for the final class on Saturday, February 25 with Puppy Yoga featuring adoptable puppies!
The Winter Wellness Series fulfills a need in the community for fun weekend activities that keep people moving. Camille Sanford, Marketing Associate for The Shoppes at EastChase, states “lululemon has been a fantastic community partner by getting involved with local trainers and gyms. We are excited to continue creating fun and engaging events with lululemon throughout the year.”
Each class is free to attend, and spots can be reserved on The Shoppes at EastChase website. All attendees will receive a complimentary shaker bottle!
