MAX Credit Union Named A Best Credit Union to Work For Four Consecutive Years
MONTGOMERY, AL (September 2, 2025) - MAX Credit Union was recently recognized as one of American
Banker's 2025 Best Credit Unions to Work For, marking its fourth consecutive year on the list. This program
identifies and celebrates credit unions that demonstrate excellence in workplace culture and business impact
at the national level.
The selection process involved a comprehensive two-part survey of credit unions nationwide. The first segment
assessed workplace policies, practices, philosophies, systems, and demographics; the second focused on
employee experiences. Scores from both segments were combined to determine the leading credit unions and
final rankings. Organizations selected for this honor demonstrate industry-leading practices in employee
engagement, benefits, career development, and workplace culture.
