Anna Hornsby Elected Board Member for Montgomery County Bar Association’s Young Lawyer Section
MONTGOMERY, Ala. (Feb. 6, 2023) – Bradley Arant Boult Cummings LLP is pleased to announce that Anna Hornsby has been elected to the 2023-2024 Board for the Young Lawyers Section of the Montgomery County Bar Association (MCBA).
The MCBA strives to advance the legal profession and improve legal services on behalf of its members and the public by fostering interaction, communication, and professional opportunities to lawyers in Montgomery and other surrounding counties. MCBA serves its members as a regional center for legal professionalism through education, administrative resources, and professional support.
Ms. Hornsby formerly served on the Birmingham Bar Association’s Executive Committee for the Young Lawyers Section and the Bankruptcy and Commercial Law Section and participated in the 2021 Future Leaders Forum. Her practice focuses on healthcare, where she represents a variety of providers in regulatory, compliance, and litigation matters. She guides clients through complex state and federal regulatory issues and assists with litigation and government investigations related to the federal Anti-Kickback Statute, Stark Law, and False Claims Act. Ms. Hornsby is a graduate of the Cumberland School of Law at Samford University and earned her undergraduate degree in Political Science from Berry College.
