Born on the U.S. Air Force Base in Tachikawa, Japan, where his father was stationed, Lt. Gen. Anthony Cotton likes to say he came out of the womb a member of the military. For decades, his service has taken him all over the country, and in February, it landed him in Montgomery as Commander and President of Air University at Maxwell-Gunter AFB.
