Since 2010, Montgomery County has consistently ranked within the top three among all Alabama counties in terms of announced new industry, jobs, and/or capital investment. As a result of this momentum, investors, partners, and economic development experts are now leaning into our Maximizing Momentum action plan—a blueprint for the future. This action plan forges a clear path, refocusing the Chamber's priorities and capacity around the highest value opportunities to accelerate economic growth and vibrancy in Montgomery and the capital region. Maximizing Momentum revealed what we already know, the Chamber's dynamic team is valued by stakeholders for its consistent performance, results, and unique capacity to integrate all aspects of economic development around strong public and private partnerships.
