New Waters Realty Welcomes Shellie Weaver to Team

September 29, 2026 - PIKE ROAD, Alabama - New Waters Realty is pleased to announce the addition of REALTOR® Shellie Weaver to its team of real estate professionals, bringing years of experience in residential real estate, new construction, and client service to the brokerage.

Before becoming a full-time REALTOR®, Weaver spent years working behind the scenes of the homebuilding and real estate process, coordinating transactions from contract through closing and working closely with buyers, sales agents, lenders, appraisers, inspectors, and construction teams. That experience gave her an in-depth understanding of the many moving pieces involved in purchasing or building a home.

"Shellie brings a wonderful combination of experience, attention to detail,

and genuine care for the people she serves,” said Jennifer Atkins, President and Managing Broker of New Waters Realty. “Her knowledge of new construction and the transaction process is a tremendous asset, and her commitment to keeping clients informed and supported fits so well with the way we serve our clients at New Waters Realty.”

While new construction is one of Weaver’s specialties, her experience also includes existing-home transactions. Whether working with someone buying, building, or selling, she believes her role is to make the process easier to understand and to be a dependable resource from beginning to end.

“Real estate is about so much more than getting to the closing table,” Weaver said. “I want my clients to know they have someone in their corner who will communicate, pay attention to the details, and genuinely care about their experience along the way. I’m excited to bring that approach to New Waters Realty.”

With the addition of Weaver, New Waters Realty continues to strengthen its team of real estate professionals serving clients throughout Pike Road, Montgomery, Tallassee, and the surrounding River Region.
