Ashley Taylor, a principal in the firm’s Montgomery office, was inducted into Troy University’s Accounting Hall of Honor. Erica Bailey, a Senior Manager in the Montgomery office, was named Troy University School of Accountancy’s “Young Alumnus of the Year.” Holly Tucker, a manager in the firm’s Prattville office, was recognized as a “Top 20 Under 40” by the Prattville Area Chamber of Commerce.
Ashley Taylor has provided litigation support and business valuation services through the firm’s Business Valuation and Litigation Consulting niche (BVLC) for almost 15 years. In 2022, she assumed responsibility for Jackson Thornton’s Refunding Verification and Arbitrage Rebate practice. Taylor also serves as Director of Campus Recruiting for the firm.
She holds professional membership in the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), the National Association of Certified Valuators and Analysts (NACVA) and the Alabama Society of Certified Public Accountants (ASCPA). Taylor is a graduate of the Emerge Montgomery Torchbearers Leadership Class IV and the Leadership Montgomery Legacy Class XXXVII. She served on the inaugural Junior Executive Board for Child Protect Children’s Advocacy Center, is a past president of Jackson Thornton Young Professionals, and a past president of Emerge Montgomery. She currently serves on the River Region United Way Finance Committee and is an active member of the Kiwanis Club of Montgomery. Taylor was named as Emerge Montgomery’s 2015 Young Professional of the Year, Auburn University Montgomery’s College of Business 2017 Outstanding Young Alumni, “Top 40 Under 40” (Class 2023) by CentrAL INC and named to Troy University School of Accounting’s Hall of Honor in 2023.
Taylor received her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Master of Business Administration from Auburn University Montgomery.
Erica Bailey works in the firm’s Utilities niche area and performs audit and consulting services for electric, gas, and water distribution clients. Bailey’s utilities consulting experience includes internal controls over financial reporting and fraud risk & deterrence studies. She has also served as a speaker for the National Society of Accountants for Cooperatives (NSAC) Accounting and Finance conference.
She is a CPA as well as a Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE). She holds professional membership in the AICPA, the ASCPA and the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners (ACFE). She is a member of the Junior League of Montgomery.
Bailey holds both undergraduate and graduate degrees from Troy University.
Holly Tucker works in the firm’s Tax line of business, handling tax and accounting matters for closely-held businesses and individuals. She is active in Delta Sigma Pi, a Professional Business Fraternity, and mentors students through the Southeastern Region.
She is a CPA and holds professional membership in the AICPA and the ASCPA. Tucker is a graduate of Leadership Autauga and served as a Prattville Area Chamber of Commerce Ambassador.
Tucker holds both undergraduate and graduate degrees from Troy University.
