Montgomery, Ala – July 15th, 2025 — Montgomery Whitewater Park is proud to debut an all-new
menu for its on-site restaurant, Eddy’s, that brings bold flavors, expanded variety, and more options for everyone—whether you’re staying for the day or grabbing a quick bite.
Led by new Executive Chef, Stephanie Jefferson, the updated menu includes items such as burgers, sandwiches, salads, bowls, and wraps as well as a refreshed lineup of appetizers and desserts. The additions are thoughtfully crafted to suit every kind of guest—from corporate meetings and family dinners to casual cocktails with friends.
“We’re excited for guests to experience just how good the food and the overall dining experience at Eddy’s will be,” said Jason Wilson, Executive Director of Montgomery Whitewater. “With Chef Stephanie’s creativity and leadership in the kitchen, this menu brings bold, fresh flavors and a level of quality that raises the bar for dining at Montgomery Whitewater.”
“We’ve focused on fresh, high-quality ingredients and bold, balanced flavors throughout the menu,” said Executive Chef Stephanie Jefferson. “My goal was to create food that’s both approachable and elevated—something that feels right at home in a place as dynamic and inviting as Montgomery Whitewater.”
The menu balances reliable favorites like the Classic Hamburger and Hand-Dipped Chicken Tenders with creative options such as the Whitewater Patty Melt, Spicy Fish Tacos, and Vegan Paella. Guests can choose from fresh bowls like the Asian Bowl or Protein Bowl, or go for southern-inspired picks like the Frito Chili Bowl, Catfish Po’Boy, or Ultimate Whitewater Club.
Eddy’s also features a dedicated brunch menu on Sundays, offering crowd-pleasers like Chicken & Red Velvet Waffles, Shrimp & Grits, French Toast, and a full lineup of Mimosas, Bloody Marys, and brunch cocktails.
“We’ve made changes over time, but this feels like a turning point,” added Wilson. “We’re proud to offer a menu that reflects the talent of our team and the energy of the Park, and exceed the high expectations of our guests.”
Something for Your Pup, Too
Montgomery Whitewater has always been a favorite destination for dog lovers—and now Eddy’s is offering something special for four-legged guests. The new Dog Menu, available for outdoor dining only, includes two canine-approved dishes:
- BAG O’ TREATS – $4
House-baked bars made from sweet potato, peanut butter, and milled oats
- DOGGIE DELIGHT – $6
A bowl of steamed brown rice, slivered carrots, and baked sweet potato chunks
Add unseasoned grilled chicken, fish, or a burger patty – $4
Whether you’re relaxing on the patio after an adventure or just stopping by for a bite, Eddy’s makes it easy to bring your best friend along. As always, Montgomery Whitewater remains proudly dog-friendly throughout the park’s outdoor spaces.

- Trivia Night – Thursdays: Enjoy food, drinks, and a friendly competition
