MONTGOMERY, Ala. – ServisFirst Bank, a subsidiary of ServisFirst Bancshares (NYSE:SFBS), is
pleased to announce the promotion of Christian Ware to Montgomery Bank President, and Dean
Peevy promoted to Executive Vice President, Senior Lending Officer.

Christian Ware, President
Christian Ware has been promoted to ServisFirst Bank Montgomery Bank President. A 19-year veteran
of ServisFirst Bank, Ware began his career with the Bank in Birmingham before joining the
Montgomery team in 2012 as a commercial lender. Most recently, he served as Executive Vice
President, Commercial Lender. In his new role as Montgomery Bank President, Ware will continue to
focus on strengthening client relationships and leading the bank’s strategic growth in the Montgomery
market. Ware is a graduate of Auburn University and remains actively involved in the Montgomery
community as a member of the Montgomery Rotary Club and a supporter of the Magic Moments
organization.
Dean Peevy, Executive Vice President, Senior Lending Officer
Dean Peevy has been promoted to ServisFirst Bank Montgomery Executive Vice President, Senior
Lending Officer. Peevy brings more than 25 years of banking experience to his role and joined
ServisFirst Bank three years ago as Executive Vice President, Commercial Lender. As Senior Lending
Officer, he will continue to oversee lending initiatives and support the growth of the Bank’s
commercial portfolio in the Montgomery market. Peevy is a graduate of the University of Arkansas
and remains active in the Montgomery community. He is a member of the Kiwanis Club and has served
as Past President of the Kiwanis Foundation. He also serves on the Montgomery Industrial
Development Board.
