  • NEW ATTORNEY ANNOUNCEMENT - STEPHEN DEES

    • Share:
    February 17, 2026
Stephen Dees started his journey at Beasley Allen in 2026. He focuses on personal injury and products liability cases.

Every legal matter begins with a personal story, and Stephen takes the time to truly get to know his clients—who they are, what they’ve been through, and what matters most to them. He approaches every case with care, respect, and a strong commitment to doing what’s right for the people he represents. Stephen’s dedication to excellence has earned him an AV Preeminent® Rating from Martindale‑Hubbell®, the highest peer recognition for legal ability and ethical standards, and he has been consistently recognized by Best Lawyers in America.

Stephen’s passion for the law is rooted in a deep appreciation for disciplined competition and intellectual challenge. One of the most memorable moments of his career so far was successfully representing a client before the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals—an experience that reinforced the importance of careful planning, thorough preparation, and staying focused under pressure. Those lessons continue to guide his approach in every case he handles.

He is an active member of the Alabama State Bar, where he participates in the Leadership Forum and serves on the Bench and Bar Relations Task Force.

Outside of the office, Stephen’s greatest joy comes from spending time with his family. He coaches his son’s youth sports teams and proudly supports his daughter’s ballet activities. When they find rare downtime between games and performances, he enjoys relaxing with his family on Lake Martin. Stephen also gives back to his community by serving on the boards of local charities, First United Methodist Church, and The Montgomery Academy.
