Tickets SOLD OUT to Faulkner University’s Annual Benefit Dinner Featuring Mike Pompeo and Sir Richard Moore
October 06, 2026

MONTGOMERY, Ala. - Faulkner University leadership announced today that tickets are sold out to its Annual Benefit Dinner, to be held on Thursday October 8 at the Renaissance Convention Center in downtown Montgomery, according to Rebecca Burylo, a spokesperson for Faulkner University.
Mike Pompeo and Sir Richard Moore are the featured speakers at this year's Annual Benefit Dinner. The event is a longstanding tradition and a red-letter event on the social calendar every year for Montgomery and the River Region.
The evening will center on a timely discussion addressing the intersection of national security, technological disruption and global economic resilience. As geopolitical instability, cyber warfare and rapid advances in artificial intelligence continue to reshape the global landscape, businesses and governments are confronting a new era of both vulnerability and opportunity.
Pompeo and Moore will examine how artificial intelligence is transforming espionage, cyber threats, critical infrastructure protection and strategic competition among the world’s major powers. They will also explore the implications for corporate America, including data security, supply chain risk, misinformation and intellectual property protection, as well as the broader responsibility of business leaders to safeguard their organizations, employees and stakeholders.
Proceeds from the dinner go to support the university, and primarily, student scholarships. Over the years, many students have benefited from receiving scholarships thanks to the generosity of those who attend these benefit dinners.
