MONTGOMERY, Ala. (January 25, 2026) -- In response to the National Weather Service forecast calling for heavy rain, a flash freeze and dangerously cold temperatures across central Alabama, Montgomery County offices, including the Montgomery County Courthouse, are delaying the start of non‑emergency County operations. County offices will open at 11:00 a.m. on Monday, January 26, 2026.
Essential services, including public safety and emergency operations, will continue as scheduled.
