Paramount Wealth Management is growing, and we’re looking for the right person to join our team in Montgomery, Alabama.
We’re hiring a Wealth & Insurance Associate — an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to build a long-term career in financial services while gaining hands-on experience in wealth management, insurance, client service, and operations.
This person does not need to come to us with every license or years of industry experience. We’re looking for someone with the right qualities:
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Professional and dependable
• Strong communicator
• Comfortable working with clients
• Takes initiative and follows through
• Eager to learn and grow
• Interested in building a career in wealth management, insurance, or financial advising
Previous experience in financial services, banking, insurance, or client service is a plus, but not required. We are willing to invest in the right person and provide opportunities to pursue insurance and/or securities licensing as their career develops.
