Montgomery Symphony Orchestra's Masterworks II Concert

Recipient of the 2016 Sir James Galloway Rising Star Award, International flute soloist Stephen Clarke joins the MSO for a performance of American composer Lowell Lieberman’s Flute Concerto. The MSO opens the evening with a world premiere performance of a newly commissioned piece by Alabama native J.R. Speake. The evening is rounded out by an exploration of folklore in the iconic works by Debussy and Stravinsky.
