Montgomery Whitewater, in partnership with the Lakeshore Foundation, will host Everyone Can Skate, an adaptive ice-skating event designed to ensure individuals of all abilities can experience ice skating in a supportive, accessible environment. The event features specialized adaptive equipment, on-site support staff, and scholarship access for youth with disabilities.

Event Details
- Two adaptive skating sessions will be held on Saturday, March 7th
- 10:30 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.
- 2:30 p.m. – 2:00 p.m.
- Lakeshore Foundation will provide adaptive equipment including skate sleds, sticks, gloves, and helmets.
- Skate sleds are designed for individuals with lower-body disabilities, featuring molded bucket seats mounted on lightweight frames with adjustable blade spacing for stability and control.
- Youth (18 & under) with physical disabilities may participate through an adaptive scholarship made possible by a grant from ESPN.
