This FREE, family-friendly celebration brings the spirit of Mardi Gras to Dexter Avenue with electrifying live music from Grammy Award-winning Buckwheat Zydeco Jr. & The Legendary Ils Sont Partis Band straight out of New Orleans, plus a high-energy second line down Dexter Avenue led by the Gumptown Brass.

Come hungry—food trucks from across the Southeast will be on-site, including Roll Cajun, Nawlins Style Po Boys, Happi Pappi Beignets, and Slutty Vegan (out of Birmingham).
