We thoroughly screen each and every tenant to ensure that your rental property will be well taken care of, while managing the financial aspects that come with owning a rental home.
Milestones and Accomplishments:
We have achieved the 2018, 2017, 2016 Circle of Success Bronze Company with ERA and were the 2013 Point of Light recipient through the Montgomery Area Chamber of Commerce. In 2018, Stephanie Schulte received the Leader’s Circle award through ERA, meaning she closed more than $10 million in residential sales in 2018. Stephanie Abrams, Edward Farrior, Jean Forbus, David McLeod, David McLeod II, Lauren Jones and Sherry Weeks all received the ERA Circle of Success award, meaning they closed more than $3 million in residential sales in 2018.
