For eight decades, Jackson Hospital & Clinic has proudly served Montgomery and the River Region, building a legacy of compassionate care and community commitment. From humble beginnings in 1946 with 37 patient beds and five attending physicians, Jackson has grown into a comprehensive healthcare organization dedicated to meeting the needs of the communities we serve.

Today, that legacy extends beyond our hospital through The Jackson Clinic, the River Region’s largest multispecialty clinic. With primary care, specialty care, and urgent care locations across Central Alabama, our hospital and clinic teams work together to connect patients with care close to home.
