MACOA's 25th Annual Culinary Caper

MACOA is excited to host the 25th Annual Culinary Caper to benefit the Montgomery Area Council On Aging’s Meals on Wheels program.  Title Sponsor: Cathy Caddell and Charlie Warnke. 

Area chefs will prepare their special dishes of the carefully planned menu for guests at a seated luncheon at the Alabama Activity Center.

A Silent Auction will also be held during the luncheon featuring an array of items from spa treatments, antique and new jewelry, gourmet dinners, original artwork, gift certificates, travel, baskets,
and much more!

Proceeds will be used to provide meals for Senior citizens who are living at home and unable to prepare meals for themselves. MACOA’s Meals on Wheels program serves a hot nutritious noon meal to 404 Seniors each weekday. Yet, there are still more than 300 on a waiting list to be added to a Meals on Wheels route. MACOA is working to expand this program by such events as the Culinary Caper.
