Most owners know roughly where they want the business to go. Far fewer have written down how it gets there, who it serves next, and what has to be true ninety days from now.

This session walks you through building an actual growth plan: assessing your current strengths and opportunities, setting SMART growth goals, identifying your ideal customer and the new markets worth entering, and building the sales and revenue strategy to reach them.

You will also look at the operations and customer experience that have to scale alongside the growth, then close by mapping a 90 day action plan with real milestones and the resources, partnerships, and funding to support it.
