COSA's Business Resource Fair

Join the Council on Substance Abuse (COSA)  at the Business Resource Fair on Friday, February 20, 2026, at 9:00 a.m. at the Courtney Pruitt Community Center in Montgomery, Alabama. The purpose of this event is to bring local businesses, community partners, and service providers together to share resources, establish partnerships, and exchange ideas on how to recruit, retain, and support a healthier, more resilient workforce in the region. More specifically, at this event, you be able to:

- Understand some of the reasons for the workforce shortage landscape in the region
- Understand the impact of substance misuse, addiction, and recovery support services in the workplace
- Learn how substance misuse policies can support the behavioral health of employees and their families
