The blueprint for our design is to bring new life into the otherwise discarded. During the course of renovating our century-old structure\, care was taken to reduce the amount of trash produced\, materials being up cycled where possible. From pendant lighting to dinnerware\, our restaurant is an homage to the power of purpose.
