DESCRIPTION:In conjunction with National Small Business Week\, Alabama SBDC at Alabama State University will host a virtual business pitch competition.\n\n\n\nQualifications:\n\n	Business must be located in Alabama in the following counties: Montgomery\, Elmore\, Autauga\, Lowndes\, Bullock\, or Macon.\n	For Women-Owned and Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) only as defined by SBA businesses\n	\n		What is a DBE: https://ecfr.federalregister.gov/current/title-13/chapter-I/part-124/subpart-A/subject-group-ECFR4ef1291a4a984ab/section-124.103.\n	\n	\n	Must be already in business but under 18 months and less than $50\,000 annual revenue.\n	Alabama State University students\, faculty\, staff\, and alumni entrepreneurs are encouraged to participate.\n\nRequirements: Winners must provide an EIN and proof of business existence (business license\, certificate of formation\, etc.).\n\n\n\nDeadline: September 14\, 2021 by 5pm. No late application accepted.
