DESCRIPTION:Victims of Crime and Leniency will hold their annual Candlelight Vigil to commemorate National Crime Victims' Rights Week. Attorney General Steve Marshall will be the keynote speaker.\n\n\n\nSince 1981\, National Crime Victims' Rights Week (NCVRW) has challenged the Nation to confront and remove barriers to achieving justice for all victims of crime. During NCVRW\, we celebrate the accomplishments of the victims' rights movement and reflect on how far we have come.\n\nEvery April\, VOCAL Victims of Crime and Leniency leads communities throughout Alabama in their annual observances of NCVRW. We will observe NCVRW April 21 27\, 2024\, with the theme \n\nHow would you help?\n\nOptions\, services\, and hope for crime survivors.
