DESCRIPTION:Cohort #2 will accelerate companies that are in the business of problem solving for communities that will improve the quality of place. Those companies that can impact the quality of place for the Montgomery community are great candidates to participate in this year's cycle. We will train\, mentor and coach companies on how to build\, manage and sell in a very competitive environment. Our 12 week immersive program will help 8-10 startups to successfully maintain and sustain their business improving the user experience for their clients and community. Our goal is to grow more businesses that can improve the quality of place of Montgomery with community based solutions to diversify the economic development in our region.\n\n \n\nRecruiting the Dream Team\; even composition of the below\n\n-             Hospitality\n\n-             Real estate\n\n-             SPACE FORCE\n\n-             Ag Tech\n\n-             AR/VR\n\n-             User Experience\n\n-             Outdoor Recreation\n\n-             Access to talent\n\n \n\nThis Preview Night will discuss elements of the MTL program\, success stories from past participants and stakeholders.  MTL will provide an overview for attendees\, perspective startup companies and other businesses and organizations that can become involved in the mentoring\, coaching and highlighting of the Montgomery community.
