Marion Winn joined the Chamber in 1990, as an assistant in the Military & Governmental Affairs Department. In 2004, she accepted the position of Manager, Minority Business Development. In her new role, Winn is active in pursuing the department?s mission to promote activities and relationships, in both the public and private sectors, to increase business ownership, market, education and training opportunities for minority-owned businesses. She particularly enjoys meeting business owners and entrepreneurs and assisting them in their success.

Harold Boone joined the Chamber staff as Director, Minority Business Development, in February 2004. He comes to the Chamber from Georgia, where he served in a variety of positions with the Georgia Academy for Children and Youth Professional, concluding his tenure with that organization as its CEO.
He served as a consultant in the areas of human resources and educational programs for HLB Associates, Inc., with activities that included conducting seminars, teaching, mentoring, and coordinating workshops and seminars, with an emphasis on enriching the lives of youths, adults and families.
Boone was the 2001 recipient of the Association Advance America Award. He spent 20 years in the United States Air Force and retired as a Major. He is married to Rwanda Jolivet Boone and they have two children, Harold Jr. and Candice, attending Valdosta State University. Boone is a native of Tuskegee Institute, Alabama, where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Political Science, and a Masters in Education in Personnel Administration. He is a member of Omega Psi Phi fraternity and the Tuskegee Airmen.
